Official UEFA Euro 2012 song to be released in India

Universal Music India has acquired rights to the official song of the prestigious UEFA EURO 2012 soccer tournament. The song, titled Endless Summer, is a bouncy, dance track sung by German pop singer Oceana. The track will be played at stadiums in Poland and Ukraine throughout the tournament, which ends in July. Oceana will also perform Endless Summer at the July 1 final, to be held at the Olympic Stadium, Kiev.
Oceana is currently popular in Germany and Eastern Europe but is set to get introduced to the world through this song, the video of which has already received over 5.5 million views on YouTube! Endless Summer – The Official Song of The EURO 2012 will be released exclusively on Universal Music, India, and will be available on both physical and digital formats from June 10 onwards. The physical CD single will have 11 versions of the song including brilliant club mixes and a foot tapping ‘reggae’ version of the song as well. Digitally the song and mixes will be available on all leading Telco’s and e-tailing sites.
